When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and a hashed (encrypted) password. If you sign in with Google or Microsoft, we receive your name and email from those providers — we never see your password. We also store your learning progress (XP, completed lessons, passed missions) so it persists across sessions.
Your data is used solely to operate PromptlyPerfect — authenticating you, saving your progress, and providing AI sandbox functionality. We do not sell your data, share it with third parties for advertising, or use it for any purpose outside of delivering this service.
Prompts you run in the sandbox are sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate responses and scores. Please refer to Anthropic's privacy policy for how they handle API data.
Your account data is stored in a secure PostgreSQL database hosted on Render. We use industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest.
We store a JWT authentication token in your browser's localStorage to keep you logged in. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising cookies.
You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Data. This permanently removes all your personal data from our systems. For any other privacy requests, contact us at admin@promptlyperfect.com.
We may update this policy as the product evolves. Significant changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice.

By creating an account or using PromptlyPerfect, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
PromptlyPerfect is provided for personal, educational use. You agree not to use the platform to generate harmful, illegal, abusive, or deceptive content. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password. Accounts are personal and may not be shared or transferred.
The free plan provides access to core lessons and 10 sandbox runs per month. Pro plan access is granted manually at this time — submitting an inquiry does not guarantee immediate access. We reserve the right to change plan features and pricing with reasonable notice.
Prompts you publish to the community library become visible to all users. By publishing, you confirm the content is appropriate and does not violate any third-party rights. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates our content guidelines.
All lessons, curriculum, UI, and branding are owned by PromptlyPerfect. You retain ownership of prompts you create. You may not reproduce or redistribute our lesson content without permission.
PromptlyPerfect is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the service, including AI-generated content from the sandbox.
